How AdSwift Bloom Pte. Ltd. handles personal data on adswiftbloom.pro.
Introduction
This privacy notice explains how AdSwift Bloom Pte. Ltd. ("AdSwift Bloom", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit adswiftbloom.pro, contact us by email or telephone, or interact with embedded content on this site. We publish this notice in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and update it when our practices change. Last updated: 11 August 2026.
Who we are
AdSwift Bloom Pte. Ltd. is a brand studio registered in Singapore, operating from 111 North Bridge Road, #21-05, Peninsula Plaza, Singapore 179098. We provide brand positioning, narrative and editorial services to organisations. For privacy enquiries, contact [email protected] or telephone +65 6396 5218 during studio hours Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT.
Scope of this notice
This notice applies to personal data collected through this website and through direct correspondence initiated via contact details published here. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our pages, nor to client engagements governed by separate contractual terms and confidentiality arrangements. Where those contracts address data handling, the contract prevails for engagement-specific material.
Data we collect — website
When you visit adswiftbloom.pro, our hosting provider may process server logs that include IP address, browser type, referring URL, date and time of request, and pages viewed. We use these logs for security, troubleshooting and understanding aggregate traffic patterns. We do not operate analytics cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Data we collect — cookies and local storage
We store cookie preferences in a first-party cookie named asb_consent and in localStorage under the key consent_state_v1. These records contain your choices about essential cookies, embedded content (Google Maps) and analytics (not used). The data is stored on your device and is not used to profile you. See our Cookie notice for detail and instructions to change preferences.
Data we collect — correspondence
If you email [email protected] or telephone the studio, we process the personal data you choose to provide — typically name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. We use this data to respond to enquiries, schedule conversations, and — if you become a client — administer the engagement. We do not collect personal data through web forms on this site.
Embedded Google Maps
With your consent, pages may load a Google Maps embed that can set cookies and collect usage data according to Google's policies. Maps load only after you accept embedded content or choose "Load the map". If you reject embeds, maps remain as placeholders showing our address. We do not control Google's processing; review Google's privacy documentation for their practices.
Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data for: operating and securing the website; remembering cookie preferences; responding to enquiries; performing contracts with clients; complying with legal obligations; and protecting our legitimate interests in running a professional studio, where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Where consent is required — notably for non-essential cookies — we obtain it through the cookie banner before setting optional cookies.
Retention
Server logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to security and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymised. Correspondence is retained while an enquiry is active and thereafter as needed for business records, legal claims or regulatory requirements. Client engagement material is retained according to contract and professional obligations. Cookie preference records expire after approximately one hundred eighty days unless refreshed.
Sharing and transfers
We share personal data with service providers who assist hosting and email delivery, under confidentiality and data protection terms. We do not sell personal data. Where providers process data outside Singapore, we take steps required by applicable law to ensure a comparable standard of protection. We may disclose data if required by law, court order or to protect rights and safety.
Security
We implement organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data we hold — access controls, secure hosting, and staff awareness. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; please do not send sensitive personal data by email unless you accept the residual risk.
Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to exceptions in the PDPA, you may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for use of your personal data we hold. You may also withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time via the Manage cookies control in the footer or through browser settings. To exercise rights, contact [email protected]. We respond within reasonable timeframes prescribed by law.
Children
This site is directed at business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate authority. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Changes
We may update this notice to reflect practice or legal changes. The date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acknowledgement of the updated notice where permitted by law.
Contact and complaints
For privacy questions or complaints, contact AdSwift Bloom Pte. Ltd. at [email protected] or 111 North Bridge Road, #21-05, Peninsula Plaza, Singapore 179098. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore regarding your rights under the PDPA.
Do Not Call Registry
If you provide a Singapore telephone number, we check our internal suppression list and respect the Do Not Call Registry requirements before sending marketing messages. Service-related calls and messages about an active enquiry or engagement are treated separately from promotional communications. We do not purchase contact lists.
Data minimisation
We collect only personal data adequate for the stated purpose. Website browsing does not require registration. Enquiries by email should exclude sensitive categories of data — health, financial account details, government identifiers — unless a separate engagement explicitly requires them and appropriate safeguards are agreed in writing.
Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Cookie preferences are stored as explicit choices you make in the banner, not inferred scores.
Records of consent
When you accept or reject optional cookies, we store a timestamp alongside your choices in asb_consent and consent_state_v1 so we can demonstrate consent status if required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
International clients
Clients and visitors outside Singapore may correspond with us using the same contact channels. Data may be processed in Singapore and where our service providers operate. By contacting us you acknowledge transfer for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, subject to protections described in this notice.
Engagement confidentiality
Client work product — workshops, drafts, guidelines — is handled under engagement terms and treated as confidential business information. This notice does not publish client names or materials unless a client approves publicity. Anonymised case notes on our website omit identifying details by design.
Breach notification
If a personal data breach likely to cause harm occurs, we will assess notification obligations under the PDPA and notify affected individuals and the Commission where required. We maintain internal procedures to contain, investigate and remediate incidents.
Access requests — process
When you request access to personal data, we verify identity using reasonable means before disclosure — typically by replying from the email address on record or confirming details you previously provided. We provide copies in a common electronic format unless you request otherwise. Correction requests are handled promptly when data is inaccurate or incomplete.
Marketing communications
We do not send bulk marketing email to addresses harvested from this site. Occasional service announcements to existing clients or enquiry contacts may occur where permitted by law and our records show an ongoing relationship. You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time by reply email.
Data Protection Officer
Privacy enquiries may be directed to [email protected] marked for the attention of data protection matters. We aim to acknowledge privacy correspondence within five business days during studio hours. Complex requests may require additional time as permitted under the PDPA; we will keep you informed of progress.
